      "We were in Hawaii and saw on the Marriott channel a story about Diamond Bakery. I want to try the original Graham and shortbread cookies but could not find those specific types. When got home I looked at the Diamond website and ordered a box of each. They did not disappoint. What I liked best about the Diamond shortbread is it's not heavy or dense as the Walker Scottish shortbread. Diamond had a great taste but didn't feel too heavy on the butter. Both the graham and shortbread cookies are great with our morning coffee."
