Shipping & Return Policies

ONLINE ORDERING

Placing orders online using our shopping cart is the most efficient and secure way to purchase Diamond Bakery cookies and crackers. Please do not send your orders and credit card information via email as it is not a secure transaction method.

ORDER QUESTIONS

Please email us at customerservice@diamondbakery.com if you have any questions regarding an order. We will normally respond to you within one business day, Monday through Friday. Diamond Bakery is closed on weekends and holidays.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices and shipping fees are quoted in $US and are subject to change or correction without prior notice. Payments must be made in $US. We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Dinner’s Club International.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders are processed and shipped from Hawaii, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on Any State or Federal Holidays. Our goal is to ensure that all packages leave our bakery packed with Aloha and arrive damage free.

Please allow our teams up to 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed, plus shipping time. 

Most orders are shipped via FedEx Air. See chart below for shipping methods and approximate delivery times.

  • Delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.
  • We ship to all U.S. states including Alaska and DC
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • Orders over $500 do no qualify for Free shipping discount/promotions. Should a promo code be used, Diamond Bakery deserves the right to charge for shipping or cancel the order.

PROMOTION DISCLAIMER

All promotional offers (including but not limited to) - free shipping, discounts, free gifts, etc  are exclusively available to individual consumers for personal use only. It is not intended for unauthorized resellers, distributors, or individuals engaged in the redistribution or resale of our products.

The promotion applies to one transaction per week per customer at the same shipping address. Management reserves the right to refuse or revoke the free shipping benefit if we suspect that the promotion is being exploited or if we determine that the purchaser is an unauthorized reseller.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain fair access to our promotions for genuine customers.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. For FEDEX orders, a Tracking Number will be included on the Order Shipment Confirmation. You can track the shipping status of your order by calling 1-800-GoFedEx or log into Fed Ex.com for step by step tracking instructions.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Rarely do we run out of items as we bake small batches on a frequent basis to insure the freshest products are delivered to you. We will advise you if your order will be delayed for any reason.

TAX

We charge Hawaii state sales tax at 4.712% when required.

RETURN POLICY

There are no returns on perishable items once the customer receives the product. If there is a discrepancy with a particular product, please notify Diamond Bakery at customerservice@diamondbakery.com
