Shipping & Return Policies


Placing orders online using our shopping cart is the most efficient and secure way to purchase Diamond Bakery cookies and crackers. Please do not send your orders and credit card information via email as it is not a secure transaction method.


Please email us at if you have any questions regarding an order. We will normally respond to you within one business day, Monday through Friday. Diamond Bakery is closed on weekends and holidays.


All prices and shipping fees are quoted in $US and are subject to change or correction without prior notice. Payments must be made in $US. We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Dinner’s Club International.


We are not able to send to P.O. Boxes. Orders are normally processed, packed and shipped from our bakery within 3-5 business days of the order payment or credit card verification. We do not process orders over the weekend or holidays. Please expect an extra 1 to 2 day delay around a sales/special offer period. 

  • For each order we will need:
    • FedEx shipments require a physical address (No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses)
    • A valid email address of purchaser
    • A phone number for the recipient

If an incorrect address is provided, there will be an address change fee of $10.00 applied per box, to your credit card. If an incorrect address is provided, Diamond Bakery will not be responsible for delivery delays or corrective shipping charges. It is very important that the correct address and telephone number is provided at time of ordering.


Once your order is shipped an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. For FEDEX orders, a Tracking Number will be included on the Order Shipment Confirmation. You can track the shipping status of your order by calling 1-800-GoFedEx or log into Fed for step by step tracking instructions.


Rarely do we run out of items as we bake small batches on a frequent basis to insure the freshest products are delivered to you. We will advise you if your order will be delayed for any reason.


We charge Hawaii state sales tax at 4.712% when required.


There are no returns on perishable items once the product is received by the customer. If there is a discrepancy with a particular product, please notify Diamond Bakery and the customer will be assisted with receiving replacement product.


Free shipping is only available for Hawaii and US Continental addresses with order of $100 or more. Not valid for international orders or Guam orders at this time.
