Job Title

Warehouse Worker (Full-Time)

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
  • Experience operating forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station
  • Must be 18+; physical duties include frequent walking, bending, reaching, standing and squatting
  • Capable of lifting/pulling/pushing up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to sit and operate warehouse machinery as needed
Benefits & Compensation
  • Comprehensive full-time benefits (medical, prescription, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, and a generous amount of holiday pay time off.
  • Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 – $23.00 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Process shipments and supply orders; pack boxes; prepare delivery area
  • Operate and maintain forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
  • Assist with receiving (load/unload shipments)
  • Move and stock materials; pick cases for forward pick locations
  • Keep bottle room and full case lines neat and organized
  • Maintain equipment and clean work area; wear safety gear
  • Report equipment/building issues to supervisor promptly
  • Perform other related duties; may involve repetitive motions, varying heights, and warehouse conditions
  • May require extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules

Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

This entry to mid-level position will report to the Director of Operations and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our commitment to food quality and operational excellence, with opportunities for growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Operations in upholding brand standards related to food quality and safety.
  • Conduct quality control testing and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality and logistics.
  • Foster a positive team environment by demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude and encouraging collaboration.
  • Conduct Food safety training for all employees
  • Manage 3rd Party Audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
