Job Details
This position primarily involves cleaning, organizing, and restocking the flour silo in our baking and mixing area at our baking facility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is experienced in performing physical duties that require standing, walking. lifting, loading, practices good personal hygiene, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an early morning shift position Monday through Friday, 3 AM to 10 AM
Salary: Starting pay of $20+ per hour

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize the flour silo and surrounding areas according to established protocols
- Organize and maintain inventory of flour bags and other baking supplies
- Restock the flour silo to ensure a continuous supply for production
- Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the baking facility, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment as required
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Maintain good personal hygiene standards to meet food safety regulations
Minimum Requirements & Education Level:
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation practices in a food production setting

Job Details
Production Packers report to the designated team leader and/or Production Supervisor or Manager to ensure timely and accurate execution of all activities associated with the packaging of Diamond Bakery products.
Salary: From $15 per hour

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- All packers are expected to be in their designated work area per daily crewing assignments schedules. Exception to the assignment is only allowed with prior approval from her/his team leader or Supervisor.
- Follow all the established standard operating procedures and learn knowledge in picking up, loading, and packaging products.
- Sorting and packing crackers and cookies on production line.
- He/She is also expected to be a reliever to his/her fellow employees on their time of work hours break.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Good hand and eye coordination required.
- Other tasks from time to time as determined by designated team leader, supervisor, or manager.

Job Details
The Warehouse Worker will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader and will be responsible for the daily warehouse activities assigned by the Team Leader.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day warehouse receiving, House order delivery, container load/unload, and internal product movements.
- Prepare, stage, and/or load both house and route sales orders
- Assist Team Leader in maintaining accurate and timely rotation of finished goods to minimize any product exceeding its code date.
- Assist Team Leader with timely and accurate performance of weekly cycle counts and month-end physicals.
- Provide relief driving for Route Sales as needed.
- Maintain a clean, positive, and safe work environment with an emphasis on customer service.
- Other duties as required by the team leader.

- Forklift certified
- Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs multiple times a day

Job Details
The Baking and Production Manager will report directly to the President and be responsible for the daily implementation of Production functions and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting pay of $55K+ Annually
Job Description:
- Daily review of production performance and output
- Supervise mixers and mixing/baking process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage waste (as a result of poor yields) and proactively resolve production variations.
- Review sales forecasts with actual finished goods pulls (sales and transfers) and communicate variances with Sales and Logistics
- Review production forecasts with actual production numbers and address variances
- Work with and communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistica to maintain adequate finished goods inventory.
- Work with and communicate with Logistics to ensure an adequate supply of raw goods
- Overall responsibility for food safety and quality control
- Improvement of processes, procedures, and policies for efficiency, safety, and sanitation of plant
- Facilitate weekly production meetings.
Other Duties:
- Oversee and work on new products (acquisition of components or equipment, creating test formulas, making test batches, performing quality assurance/control tests, reviewing specification sheets and nutritional information, working with outside consultants, etc.)
- Back up Sr. Manager of Baking as needed.
- Work on special projects, such as acquisition and training of new production equipment and hiring of production staff, as needed.
- Assist with due diligence and ROI management of capital investments.
The Production Manager attends weekly management meetings. The Production Manager will also provide various administrative support to the company.
Job requirement:
- Proven experience in the supervision of factory/production staff
- Proven experience in process management and quality control
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff of varying skill and educational levels.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Strong with analytics
- Meet key deadlines, quality standards, and production benchmarks (yields, productivity, etc.).
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Able to work with multi-lingual staff.
- Good understanding of Microsoft, including Word, and Excel.
