Cracker Crusted Mozzarella Stick Pasta


  1. 6 mozzarella sticks
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 cup crushed Diamond Bakery Cheddar Parmesan Hawaiian Bites or Soda Crackers
  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning 
  7. Cooking Spray
  8. Angel Hair Pasta
  9. Marinara Sauce


  • Place the flour in a shallow bowl. Combine the cracker crumbs, italian seasoning, and garlic powder together in a separate shallow bowl. Beat the eggs in a third shallow bowl and set aside. 
  • Dip the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then coat them in the beaten egg mixture. Next into the cracker crumb mixture,making sure to coat them fully. Put the mozzarella sticks on a wax paper lined baking sheet and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. 
  • Pull them out and repeat the process of dipping them in the egg mixture and then back into the cracker crumb mixture. Place them back on the baking sheet and back into the freezer 10 more minutes.
  • Pull them out of the freezer, and place them in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the sticks with a little bit of cooking spray and cook for 6 minutes at 390°.
  • Serve over cooked pasta with marinara sauce! Garnish with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil if desired.
