For starters, we recommend a delectable Crab and Spinach dip! This can be made with our Diamond Bakery Soda Crackers, Maine crab meat, cream cheese, frozen spinach, Worchester Sauce, diced onions and lemon juice! Mix all of the ingredients (including the crackers) and put it in a baking dish! Then bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees and Voilà! The perfect pupu for any dinner party!
For the main course, we recommend some hearty Fish Chowder! To make this dish, you’ll need Diamond Bakery Saloon Pilot Crackers, haddock, chopped unions, peeled and diced red potatoes, evaporated milk, milk, and butter! First, boil the vegetables until slightly tender, then add haddock and cook until fish flakes easily. Add evaporated milk and 1% milk until hot (make sure not to boil it!). Season with salt and pepper then remove it from heat and add some butter! This meal will surely please your guests and have them coming back for seconds! We recommend dipping our Saloon Pilot Crackers or Soda Crackers in the chowder as well!
