Celebrating their 90 anniversary, Diamond Bakery is giving away 90 diamonds (10 per month) to lucky customers in appreciation of their support throughout nine decades. 

During the 90 Diamond Giveaway, 10 winners are selected at random from all entries submitted each month. There is no limit to the number of times one can enter.  The 90 Diamond Giveaway ends July 31, 2012.  For more information, visit http://www.diamondbakery.com/90.

The first group of winners received their diamonds and gift baskets from Diamond Bakery and partner Kamaaina Metals and Jewelry on December 11.

KHON2 news reporter Manolo Morales broadcasted live from Diamond Bakery on October 12.  It was DB's 90th anniversary and he spent the morning talking to relatives of company founders, touring the factory and visiting with employees.  Here is a link to one of his reports and below is a photo taken that morning.

In June, Diamond Bakery hosted a writer and photographer to a tour of the factory - so they could see first-hand how the popular cookies and crackers were made.  They were on assignment from Aloha Express magazine, working on a story for the September 2011 issue.

On May 23 and 25, Brent Kunimoto, president of Diamond Bakery, shared heartwarming aloha by making 2011 "Have a Heart - Save a Heart" presentations to American Heart Assn. - Hawaii Chapter and Roosevelt High School.


Roosevelt received an Automated External Defibrillator and CPR training for over 1000 students, faculty and staff.  American Heawrt Assn. received a check for $2500.
