Contest Description
The contest is to help Kimo and his friends stay one step ahead to prevent human damages and save their lovely hometown.
The contest is open to three age groups with different criteria:

- Kindergartens 5th grade: a color drawing

- 6th - 8th grade: a color photograph or an essay

- 9th grade and above: a 2-minute video
- The contest offers 6 awards in three different categories.
- Each entry must be about conservation awareness, environment protection, “Do not be a litter bug”, and importance of keeping the reef clean and undisturbed.
- All the entries must be submitted by September 30, 2008 and will be judged.
Contest Rules
- Please submit only your own original content
- Any contestants’ content or comments will be approved by Diamond Bakery before it gets posted to the site
- Diamond Bakery reserves the right to close down the contest at our discretion
- You must accept the terms & conditions of the contest
- Non-English entries can be submitted but will need to be subtitled
Submission Requirements & Judging Criteria
- Deadline for submissions is September 30, 2008
- Story must be at least 250 words
- Video must be 1-2 minutes in length with a file size of no more than 25MB
- Online viewers will rate the top drawing, stories, and videos and then a panel of judges will select the winners from top online rated ones, based on the following equally weighted criteria:
o Originality
o Creativity
Clear description of how you dedicate yourself in helping Kimo and his friends protect his home town Hawaii’s Coral Reef System.
