Regulations and Rules

1. Introduction

Diamond Bakery (DB) and United Service Organizations of Hawaii (USO) will work cooperatively on the “Send an Aloha Pack to Those Who Serve” program. The purpose of this program is to provide DB and its customers the opportunity to share the Heartwarming Aloha spirit with US military; show its commitments to make people smile, and at the same time raise fund to support and enhance the life quality of US military personnel and their families.

2. “Send an Aloha Pack to Those Who Serve” program

·        Two Aloha Packs with Diamond Bakery’s best selling items aU.Sre specially offered by Diamond Bakery to its customers to “Serve Those Who Serve”.

·        The Aloha Packs are sold VIRTUALLY online. Diamond Bakery customers will be sent a confirmation email detailing how many packages were ordered. The packages will be shipped directly from Diamond Bakery to Those Who Serve

·        Diamond Bakery will also “Serve Those Who Serve” by donating the proceeds from the sales of Aloha Packs and all other Diamond Bakery products to USO Hawaii to help improve the life quality of US Troops and their families.

3. Rewards Program

For those supporting the “Send an Aloha Pack, Bring an Ohana Smile” program, you could receive a special gift when you purchase two or more Diamond Bakery Aloha Packs for THOSE WHO SERVE from April 1 through June 14, 2008 .

4. Eligibility

The following terms and conditions apply to Diamond Bakery customers participating in the consumer Rewards Program:

  • Only U.S. residents are eligible to participate in the Diamond Bakery consumer Rewards Program.
  • All Purchases must be made by 11:59 p.m. HT, June 14, 2008 .
  • Diamond Bakery will apply an automatic reward memo to your account when you purchase two or more Aloha Packages. If you are a new customer, your account will be generated automatically during the order check out process.
  • All the Aloha packages purchases are nonrefundable once person placed their orders for 24 hours or more.
  • By participating in the Diamond Bakery Consumer Rewards Program, a customer agrees that Diamond Bakery may use the customer’s name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
