Diamond Bakery’s 90 Diamond Giveaway Official Rules

The promotion begins on November 1st, 2011 and ends on July 31, 2012.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There’s no limit to the number of times anyone may enter

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, as of November 1st, 2011.

Employees of Diamond Bakery and its affiliates, and the immediate families and members of the household of any such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

DRAWINGS & WINNERS

• Winning codes will be posted online Diamond Bakery's website and Facebook page on the first week of every month during the promotional period.
• To claim your prize, please call the number posted on the winners listing page. Diamond Bakery will advise lucky winners on how to redeem their winning codes for the diamonds at Kamaaina Metals and Jewelry.
• Winners are required to bring a valid photo ID and promotional inserts (if entered online using registration code).

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

Promotion ends July 31, 2012. Diamond Bakery will giveaway 10 diamonds each month, for a total of 90 diamonds, to lucky winners in appreciation of their loyalty throughout nine decades. The beautiful 0.9 Natural Full Cut Round Diamond is approx 2.9 mm in
diameter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and any and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
• There's no limit on the number of entries one enters. Submission of an incomplete entry may result in disqualification.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name is registered.
• Except those using the mail-in flyer entry, all participants using the entry web forms are responsible to check the winner's list and claim their prizes.
• If a prize is not claimed within 30 days after the announcement date, an alternate winner, elected only from the remaining eligible entries, may be chosen in Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Each winner may be required to provide evidence that he or she is the authorized account holder of the address associated with the winning entry and complete an affidavit of eligibility and any applicable releases.
• Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize.
• The winner's entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that Diamond Bakery may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the information you provide for mailing lists for promotional and other materials for Diamond Bakery.
